I would honestly give this company zero if I could. I had a demo with a terrible sales person (meaning not trained or improperly trained). Questions about functionality were never answered, and I was relentlessly badgered to sign a contract for services some of which is never seen. I made it clear I was uncomfortable until my questions were answered and another demo given. Then a day later I received a contract to sign. I suggest that and dentist either skip this company or approachw ith caution.

Warning if you need to cancel they will JERK you around. They will try to make you meet with a sales guy. Delay the date you wrote them to cancel. There is not support number to call. Pros: Slick interface. Cons: very poor technical support. Costs more that your PMS annual support contract. In our case 10 times more. And they just raised fees. But you can’t actually call tech support. Only online chat box. And they are very limited on their abilities to solve your problems. Overall assessment is this is a crutch. a pretty crutch. You would do better to spend FAR less money on Dentrix training for your staff. They will show you how to do the same thing with more powerful tools.

This is a horrible company. They misrepresent themselves in order to gain your business. We decided to go with a different company and notified Dental Intelligence/Modento immediately before any services were rendered. They have been billing my CC on file ever since and I had to dispute the charges/file a complaint against them. The so called manager tried to convince my office manager to sign up/stay with the company and stop taking her calls when we made clear that the only thing we are expecting from his company is full refund.
