We have a BLAST every year. Everyone is friendly. The shows are always fun. The kids activities are always great. I describe it as Renne Fest meets a Street Fair.

1st time attending-for me,54yoa,i thought it was ok. However; if you have children, it would be a great family day. There were lots of activities for kids.I give credit to B.B. maybe people realize that you claim to have this "downtown" area when the empty lot next to city hall never came to fruition. In fact,didn't you sell land to developer? It is possible that vendors are aware. I don't think you will see return. Tell truth on website- A new city hall/library(closed on Sun.) Is not gonna bring people. Expectations high but no action/progress. A lot of people will not return for pirate fest.
