MY husband and I have been members for 45 YEARS. Just figure how much money we have paid in. OVERWHELMING! How many time have they been called for help? Let me take a guess at ten times. Now I am in my 80's and need help. Just a man to cut a 3/8" in diameter tow mechanism stuck in the back of my cart. Nope, it's not something they will do as I'm not on the roadside and the vehicle runs ( but not on a public road). Am I angry?? You better believe it!

Alert, this is a scathing negative review. Said they were processing international drivers license for spouse. They did not. Finally got thru to talk to someone after many calls and days and having to complain to management who was not available. Then I was told that it might be processed in Tampa not Palm Beach Gardens, then I asked again if the packet of information they required I send was there in the office, after a long wait and being hung up on and calling back and asking for management, I was told there is no management, again I asked if someone could look to see if my international drivers license had been sent. Later I was told that the manager was not there to look into it, I persisted, then I was told the only person that did international drivers licenses was working as the receptionist and could not stop seeing the line of people, I persisted, then someone looked on the desk of an employee that was not there and found the packet of documents I had sent them over 2 weeks ago. That person had told me that in order to have the license mailed to me I had to send the documents in an envelop with a stamped return address envelop so they could return the documents by mail. I did all this, and had to send it Fed Ex because I was traveling to Panama at the time and needed the IDP rapidly, it cost me $49 to send the documents overnight. I talked to someone at the office 4 days after I sent the packet and verified they had received it. They said my drivers license was expiring too soon so they could not process it. I said ok, then very clearly said to process my spouses IDP rapidly as we were traveling to europe within 3 weeks. I was told that of course they could do that, there were no issues with his license. So, we do not have an IDP. I would imagine AAA has an excuse, but really, it is AAA we have always relied on them to be adequate.

Yes you can. You will need a valid United States Drivers License as proof. We can take a photo if you need one, discounted if you are a member. We open at 9am today and close at 6pm. Look forward to seeing you. Kathleen

The official requirements per AAA is the completed IDP application form, two original passport pictures, a $20 permit fee, a photocopy of both sides of your driver's license, please note that the photo copy of the driver's license can usually be done at the location.
