Mental health is some thing I never put the time into working through until adulthood. Dr. Alex Iglesias was very impactful in my early-20s while seeking to have unbiased conversations. It took years of self-reflection though his office helped immensely with my depression from aiding on out-of-pocket costs to empowering me to build the strength to take responsibility for my part in life on my own. Today the stalwart effort from years ago has influenced a marriage as well as resolved a fog that once poisoned my personal disposition.

My children have spoken with Dr. Adam for several years and he is very patient. Listen when he recommends something, because it can create a dramatic difference. He is one in a million!!

Worst service ever. Don't go there if you really need help and guidance.

I gave a start bc it would not let me do a review. Otherwise, I would not give any star at all. Wow!!! what a disrespectful answering service/ secretary or who ever she was. I was trying to set up an appt. I have never seen a counselor/psychologist for that matter, but I was looking for one and as I was trying to explain my situation... she did not care. All she wanted to do is give me a number of another facility without even listening to me. Poor social and ethical skills. I did not have the chance to see how good or bad was the doctor... but if anyone was looking for help... and was planning to commit suicide... this women who answers the phone would have been the reason a patient could make the final decision. People need to understand that if you dont loke your job and you are misserable, dont take your anger on others. Learn how to treat people better. Dr. Alex and Adam with all respect... your receptionist makes your office unwelcome and unpleasant.

Hi Irene, he speaks perfectly Spanish.
It depends. An initial intake visit will obtain information about your life and in turn, will structure a treatment plan to best help you. The treatment plan will include an estimate of length of time in therapy. The treatment plan will include other recommendations to achieve your therapeutic goals. Also, during the course of your therapy, we will continually monitor your progress.
Simply put, psychotherapy helps people to become better people. More specifically, psychotherapy is the application of clinical methods derived from established psychological principles for the purpose of assisting people to modify their thoughts, behaviors, and feelings.
