I wanted to give this place a couple visits before I left a review. 35 bucks for nails is unheard of these days so I wanted to give it an honest shot before reviewing. The work is inconsistent by a lot depending on who you got. I think her name is May or Mai but she was amazing the first time. The 2nd time, she speed ran through because she had another client and the work reflected that. This last and final visit, I had an older man. He was nice but the work was very lacking from start to finish. His hands had a lot of broken skin and sores on them which he was picking when I got up to wash my hands. When I left, I had black polish on my hands, everything still wasn't painted despite having to ask him twice to cover missed spots and he even made few cuts around my cuticle. I can fix at Sally's no big deal but when paying for a service, I shouldn't have too. He seemed to get more pushy and animated when it was time for me to pay so I'm not sure if they have problems with run outs or something...idk I was wearing headphones and was into my show so I'm not sure what I did. Other than that, I was a walk in each time and had no issues getting a chair so that was a plus. I'm not saying others wouldn't have a good experience here but I personally will skip this salon in the future. I'm getting waffles.. 🙄😏🧇

I’m highly upset with the service provided here at professional nails. On Friday 3/4 I came in to get a pedicure with my mom and the ladies were very nice, they kept pushing extra services without letting us know about extra charges. After everything was done my pedicure alone was $75, I don’t usually get gel but the lady didn’t ask if I wanted regular or gel, she just assumed and I went along with it because gel is supposed to last longer. By Sunday 3/6 one toe had the gel completely peel off and the others didn’t look like they were going to last much longer. I returned 3/6 to express my concern about the gel, I wanted the gel off to just get my normal regular polish. They wanted to charge me a extra $20 for this service after I already paid $75 plus tip 2 days prior. Eventually they agreed to fix it after I threatened to not come back. Instead of soaking the gel off, she used the drill and ended up cutting my toe cuticle and it bled a little bit, hopefully it doesn’t get infected. My first time coming here was great so I won’t say they’re completely bad, it’s just hot or miss with who you sit down with.

I paid 100 for a manicure and pedicure and all of my nails came out bumpy. I will not be returning. I noticed a lot of the employees are on their phones while they have a customer. I feel like this was a waste of money and I could’ve painted my nails at home. I normally don’t like writing bad reviews, but my nails look awful.
