I had to call ahead to arrange drop off. I was asked to park outside the fenced area. A worker came out and greeted me and I only signed one paper. The dogs were handled very well.

If I could rank this a negative 10 I would with no stars! I am very frustrated with how this unprofessional organization is set up. First I’d like to start by saying they took my dogs who live in a rural area with no neighbors for at least 10miles. My dogs were being babysat by a family member they also have dog tags with my number. Why did animal control go to my house take my two dogs who have collars with my number on them. 1. Animal control George Skeet should have given me a call before inconveniently taking my dogs 2 hours away from my home in Houck to many farms. 2. I had called and personally talked with officer George Skeet and communicated that my mom was going to be picking up my 2 dogs today 2/19/2020. Well, upon arrival 3:10 “NO ONE WAS THERE!!” The hours Officer Skeet gave me were from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. I had Given officer Skeet a call once again to find out the other worker had taken leave for the rest of the day! I am upset because I have been communicating with the officer and all he had to say to me was “DO YOU EXPECT US TO BE HERE ALL DAY WAITING FOR YOU”. This is your job the hours you gave me were from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Besides that your facility took my animals from my property. So yes it’s your job to wait around for me who had to take time out of my day work schedule and to spend my money on my animals who you took. If this was such an inconvenience to you, then you should’ve left my dogs alone!!! 3. I would like your boards of operations address sent to me immediately! This is unacceptable behavior. Had to bring all 9 puppies just to have them give to a good family
