Visited Bank of America(3899 NW 7th St, Miami, FL 33126) today at 11:15am. The branch manager received us at the entrance and told us that there are 14 customers waiting in line and wait time would be 90 minutes. She never told us that for Notary, we need to make an appointment and the only employee who can notarize has appointments until 2pm(closing time).Around 12:30pm we approached the manager,as people who came after us were seen before us.They notarized after 2pm.Incompetent manager.

4 teller lanes, always just one teller open ! On a Friday afternoon only one teller open and everyone else sitting in the bank doing nothing. Manager aware of situation and just giving attitude back at the 10 people waiting in line..
