Best get there as they are opening. But if traveling and mid day. Yes you will have to wait. However the one I use in Gardnerville , Nv. Is excellent service. And when lived in Graeagle ca. The one in Portola was just as efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Depending on what your having done. The wait is well worth it. No there place for me.
