This is my favorite starbucks in the area for remote working. Great plug access, fast wifi. The long work table is nice. Pleasant staff.

Generally good customer service, however not today. Made a mobile order and stood in the waiting area. The standing line cycled through twice in the time I was standing there before my order was made. It was my first time getting this particular drink and did not know what it looked like, so I did not know which was mine to let them know. I was finally asked after 17 minutes of standing next to the counter if I had a mobile order and they gave it to me, and only after the store slowed down so much that they had no more drinks to make for the people in line.
