Made to order, choice of potatoes, eggs, sausage, bacon, spam, salsa, cheese gravy on the dry bread or get a biscuits. Wish they had a gluten free option for bread. Quick and fresh.

Best breakfast I've ever had. Hash browns, eggs with generous amount of spam covered with sausage gravy and wrapped in Navajo dry bread. The Navajo tacos are awesome, too. That's what I got today. Only complaint...they close at 2!
