My experience at Big Mike’s Auto Salvage was fantastic. The office manager Nicky made it a point to confirm that the 2014 Ford Focus SE and the specific parts that I was looking for was on the yard. Big Mike personally walked me to the vehicle to inspect the parts that I need before they were removed. He even offered to have one of his crew to assist with removing and installing the parts that I needed. The customer service and friendly demeanor from everyone at Big Mike’s is phenomenal and I would recommend everyone to visit them if you need parts for your vehicle.
