Let's see....I call to find out pricing at a few different places and when I talk to extra space shows guy he explains that I can get the promo which is a locked in price for the entire year or I can get a free month. Obviously, it saves more over time, so I choose that way, because it was locked in. Nope! 2 months in, my cost went up over $30 per month. I took my stuff somewhere else.

Great Staff.. very helpful and knowledgeable. The emails do get a bit annoying though. I think I got like 7 in first 30 minutes. And also the 10x10 pull up unit is actually 9x9. Giving 5 stars to Staff. 3 stars on annoying emails and actual size unit.

BEST experience with a storage company. They were very clean. The staff was super helpful. They don't try to nickle and dime you. The process was SUPER easy with the app. It was all done virtually. I would rate this 10 star if I could. If I ever need a unit again I will totally choose this place. My mom had a storage unit for 8 years and they were nothing like this.
