Purchased and traded in a vehicle. Alan was the associate assisting me from start to finish. He was excellent and a joy to work with. I never felt sold or upcharged on anything. SOLUTION B). So after the issue with my power steering. They got back to me and asked me if there's anyway they can help. No s*** responding to my text after 7pm to keep me abreast of plan and progress, then they offer to pay part of my repairs. This is an honourable act of which I can't be any more appreciative. So yea Mullinax Ford Apopka gets 5 thumbs up. PROBLEM A).My power steering went out 5 days after purchase. I would never say don't buy. They are nice people however I suppose my advice to myself is remain careful yet, and not to be so hasty to. You know all the thing naivete disregards. None the less I give thanks

So knowing I was not buying at a great time as prices are super high, my expectations on the experience were pretty low. I had gone through some degree of the purchase process with a couple others stores, and frankly was about the throw in the towel. I was totally convinced that the car business I used to know and work in, was long gone…..RIP customer service. Finally, at the recommendation of a co-worker, I ended up driving by Mullinax and speaking with Julio. He and his coworkers were professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. It was easy, enough said. They have a long term customer FOR SURE. For some context, I was in the industry for over 15 years and this place was impressive. When I heard that some of the sales managers have been there since the late 90’s, I knew they did things the right way. Keep up the great work.

One of the sales managers is a wise@$$. Deterred me from wanting to do business here even though the salesman was outstanding. Stinks because I’ve bought vehicles from here a couple of times throughout the past twenty years.

No, I only have the Tuscany. The dealer may have a Shelby. I can’t remember if I seen that one. The usually have a good selection.
