This store has amazing service! Guys offered there help in every department. Usually you have to look for someone to assist you. I was in and out of there so fast because they were so helpful! I had to go to 3 departments and each department, I got help without asking. A guy just came up to ask if I needed help! Best service ever in the Bay Area!

I love this place it has everything can possibly need in a hardware store. Terrible customer service. Everyone that works there... And I mean everyone, seem angry, irritable and sad. It's a shame because they have a good verity of supplies and it's a convenient location however, I will travel to get better customer service.
