Hospitality doesn’t exist at this hotel. Those working the front desk are rude and condescending. I didn’t feel at all welcomed. Bugs were flying around the room. Not sure how they got in, I was on the top floor. And the beds are the worst! I tossed and turned all night. The bed was stiff, and yet lumpy. Did they find these mattresses on the street? Marriott is known for their comfy beds. Not this location! Breakfast was disappointing and lackluster. AC was super loud. Indoor pool was freezing, had a problem with billing, and again was greeted with a nasty attitude from the front desk staff when attempting to resolve. This hotel did not at all live up to my expectations of Marriott. Horrible experience. Never again

Basic no frills rooms. We heard cars speeding throughout the night. The bed mattress was bumpy and worn so it was a rough night. Location was convenient and close to shopping ctr, whole foods & starbucks.

I checked in and was greeted by the receptionist whom was super friendly. Late last min check in and she got me squared away promptly. My room was large, beds were comfortable and the tub was sooo relaxing I melted right into it. Woke up to a hot amazing delicious buffet style breakfast with so many options. Later I utilized the 24/hr exercise room and took a dip into the indoor pool which my kids loved and showered because this hotel shower head is perfect with great pressure. We left and came back later at night and felt safe because the location is in a great area. Check out was also pleasant. All the staff was wonderful and nice- from the front desk, to the housekeeping and also the woman who worked the breakfast area! I will always choose this hotel when I come to town.
