Had a great walk along the river from the bridge to the end of the trail, it took about 2 hours. Has single-track trails for the cyclists, you just got to keep your eyes ears open for them coming behind you.

Yep definitely need to be on leash though as it is a narrow well traveled trail
If you park in one of the main parking lots there is a fee to get in. If you walk in from one of the other entrances know.
