Simple but beautifully executed food. The Duck Confite was by far the BEST I've ever had. The potatoes were incredibly crisp yet creamy. The appetizer special was an onion tart with a salad over the top. It was to die for. Absolutely scrumptious. Wait staff were polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. Food was very reasonably priced. Wine menu was small, but well selected and paired appropriately with the menu. Portions were generous and as such, we were unable to partake in dessert, which I imagine would have been wonderful, too. Finally, I loved the atmosphere, which is designed like a small cafe or bistro in France. Next time I'm in Coconut Grove, I'll make a point to visit.

If you want to feel you’ve escaped to France, a meal at Le Bouchon is a great way to go. We thoroughly enjoyed les moules marinières with French fries and a glass of wine. Sitting out next to the sidewalk we could have been dining in any French bistro in Paris.

We were greeted by a waiter who insisted we had to sit at a table close to the kitchen it was not until we said we were leaving that they allowed us to eat at a much better table. We order eggs benedict and the sauce was tasteless quite frankly I will not be going to Le Bouchon for a while.
