The staff in this office helped me twice, when I accidentally cancelled tickets. I first called the 800# and was told there was nothing they could do. They are also very helpful with making reservations.

It is certainly a pleasure to go to this AA office. Always well attended by friendly ladies. For me, the fact that an airline has an office is key. It is unbearable to talk to a machine on the phone

. Totally disappointed,about America Airlines, they just to be so nice and highly qualifying In customers service.. . Now is no respect for there costumes or for the well being they don't care at all. . If we stop fly with this company they will not be in business.. . And the way they going they will be in bankruptcy soon.. . Please I will recommend to everyone who needs to fly to used and alternative airline.. . I wish I can give them -0

Airlines will typically allow you to purchase tickets for other people using your award points/miles. You are not permitted to buy, sell or barter points/miles. The best way to get answers to questions about your particular situation would be to visit the ticket office and ask. I don't have any experience with credit card rewards, and can't answer anything about them.
