Worst ever! Never buy! I ordered lobster tails from DoorDash. They tasted old and dried out. My daughter ordered an apple pie. Have no idea how that tasted because it never showed. We reached out to DoorDash but they had no tracking information. We assumed because Carlo's Bakery never sent it out so we called the bakery and they said they don't keep tracking information and couldn't help me. DoorDashwas nice enough to refund my daughter the full amount plus a $12 credit for future use. But never use Carlo's Bakery. Huge disappointment since this was a gift for my son who was a huge HUGE fan and became a pastry chef because of this show.

I went with high expectations, but was very disappointed. What I ate was not fresh. Rather it was hard and old, it did not taste good. There are much better patisseries like the Danish ones in Solvang, Portos or Tropicana. I will not come back.

We believe they bake it and everything we have had there is fabulous. We have also visited their stores in Hoboken and Las Vegas.

The day I visited the bakery, it was not there, just photos of the whole family. In any case, and even if she is not present, she is very pretty. Recommended, to visit and taste some of the exquisite cakes.

It's a really good Bakeshop and trust me you will love the desserts they have there. If they had a lot of bad reviews they wouldn't be as big as they are now and he wouldn't be as famous as he is now so for those reviews I would just ignore them and go myself and find out and try out to do desserts because I went to that Bakery and they are really really polite and the desserts are really good I spent over at least almost $100 just getting cannolis chocolate cake cookies brownies and other stuff so try it out
