Personnel were fine. The policy to charge for additional gas is ridiculous. Either have the cars full when giving them to us or refund us for the full tank we would have to provide when returning. How are we supposed to guestimate the amount of gas due? So you guys either get free gas from us or charge us to true-up the gas upon return. Basically heads you win, tails we lose.

A very pleasant drop-off experience. Service was quick and efficient. They also provided an hour grace period due to an inconvenience and dropped me off to my next location right away!

Great truck, great service. Picking up a rental with an empty gas tank sucks - especially when gas is $6 a gallon.
