Terrible service. The staff is not only rude but very unprofessional. I waited over an hour to simple get blood work done, the screen kept saying I only had 10mins left, but 10 mins would go by and nothing. So I asked one of the workers if they would give me an estimate time and she was rude, gave me an attitude and said she couldn’t give me an estimate that I would just have to sit at keep waiting.

Th best Quest I have been to. Boca and Delray both a bad experiences, rude and unprofessional. Here I made my appointment they brought me in on time they took by blood and I left. Professional and POLITE in South FL. Image that !

Had a 8:15 am appointment signed in and was called right away. My technician was Mimi. She was fantastic right on the mark. Got my blood test done very quick. No pain. She knows her skills very well, and very polite. I will ask for her next time I have to go for bloodwork would definitely come back again.

They give you an online link where you register. When your results are ready you get an email with a link to click on to get your info. This Quest office is great...the Labcorp office on the other side of Hillsboro is a hell hole!
