Food is ok (far from great) but the staff and customer service are so horrible that I will never return there. They don't honor their own discounts and coupons listed on their own menu and website. The girl who answers the phone with "hello?" lacks any information about anything so constantly puts you on hold to ask someone and is not particularly friendly. The manager is rude and never smiling at customers. What happened to this place?! Very sad to see. Thankfully there are plenty of other Italian places around.

My husband and I have always been to this restaurant. We were always very well attended and the food was wonderful. Monday 08/29 7:30pm I went with my sisters to dinner. I was very surprise we were met by a very rude gentleman. From the moment of arrival it was super unpleasant, he doesn’t smiles, it left only 2 menus for 6 people to choose from and we were pressed to order. We made the order and he forgot my plate while everyone was eating I had to wait for my plate to arrive and the food came cold. I was very disappointed we felt very bad at dinner with the service of this gentleman. My sisters had a bad impression of the restaurant and they definitely won't be coming back.
