The Darrtown Cemetery has several sections and names. The southernmost section is called The Darrtown Pioneer Cemetery and has grave markers going back to the very early 19th Century. Some of the family names represented included: ADAMS, BECKETT, BOLSER, BOWMAN, BRADBURY, BURNS, DARR, DECKER, GARVER, GEISLER, GENTRY, GRAY, HARRIS, HINSEY, IRWIN, MARKLE, MARSHALL, MORRIS, MORTON, NICHOL, ROYSE, SMITH, THOMPSON, UNZICKER, and WEAVER.
