Love to come here. Good selection, good deals. Clerk interactions have always been nice, except for this bigger indian man who seemed to be hired more recently. He was very aggressive and would not leave us alone for even a second to look around, even when we asked for space. He seemed annoyed with the time were were taking and was rude when we turned down his suggestions. We felt like we were literally being chased out of the store. This happened to a friend of mine as well, with the same clerk. Less than 15 minutes in the store, not like we were there too long. Would not have bought here if I had never been here prior. Hope the owner takes the time out of her day to address this issue.

Real nice people here at this place. Really good great selection of pipes for my tobacco. They're really helpful if they don't know the answer they'll get the answer for ya before you leave that store, couldn't ask for a better business to be in Oxford. This is an update to an issue I had with this store earlier in this new year let's just say I've never been treated that way before at this store but the owner true to her word does care about her customer's and we were able to reconcile the situation I always will highly recommend this store for all you need... I'm adding to this review. My last visit to the place wasn't all that great but I alerted the owner so she'd know about the issue only fair to the owner so I contacted her via web site and she answered ASAP .. we talked a bit and I found out why they were that way. I get it but only at the owners request she showed she does care about all her Customers by offering me my money back which I declined then she took the lead and said I'm leaving you an apology behind the counter tried to decline that quietly and politely just because she acknowledged me as She did. She made no excuses but clearly showed a sour mouth that it happened. Advice don't turn down owners generosity it's worse if you do cuz you show no Faith in their company. This owner is cool, down to earth very open and honest so. #1 company in Oxford and nationwide she'll go to bat for ya and defend you even if it's her own family so buy from there. Matter of fact October will be smoketime month. Buy only from smoke time
