I went to the restaurant after having visited many times in the last two months. Side tortillas have always been .25 or .30 cents. Today I was charged 1.05 for one and when I disputed it the lady told me it was correct and wouldn’t adjust it. I went to the app and it still showed 30 cents for this location. Clearly it was a training issue and they put it as a side item instead of a tortilla. I then tried to call to speak to a manager and was hung up on 4 times in a row by the store. I simply wanted to make them aware to make corrective action so people are not over charged the rest of the day. This is on top of it not being open many mornings due to water issue and other things. A once great place is no longer holding the same level of care and value. It breaks my heart as a die hard chipotle fan

This chipotle has went down hill fast sense switching GM's. They are always out of items and give the smallest portions imaginable. This pathetic double steak extra fajita cost me $14!!!! I was starving so I paid but should have went to Kroger and got a whole steak and sides. 9 out of 10 visits here are very disappointing.

Tried ordering for our family of 6 tonight and there was absolutely no rice available to order on the app, or over the phone. How can they both be out of stock of both? We've heard of this location frequently being out of ingredients, but we ourselves haven't been in awhile. I tried calling, and the automated voice system is a nightmare. All I wanted to know is if they would have rice available again maybe a little later (we would have waited for a little bit), or not at all. Instead, you lost my business for the night, and potentially at this location indefinitely. I will drive to Hamilton to get fully stocked items and not have to deal with the parking and lines uptown.

This place used to be great. The employees are hard working, fast, and friendly but those are the only redeeming qualities about this location. I ordered a burrito with rice, steak, red salsa, guacamole, and cheese. I got half way into the burrito and bit into a massive chunk of an onion. I can handle finely diced onions but this was just gross. Then I ate more of it and I almost got sick. The guacamole was revolting. I almost got sick. Had a very soggy and mushy texture. Luckily I spat it out in time. I will never eat here again or really any chipotle.
