Do not live here. It is very disgusting the place is in INFESTED with cockroaches + There elevators never work there always broken all the time like I would see a cockroach on the counter in the mirror cracks. Whenever it's winter these worms come out I don't know what there are but it's just DISGUSTING!

I live Deerfield East Apartments 6 months ago, I was having some problems with the apt and a neighbor , so I went to the office and spoke with the manager Danw Campbell, oh she has been very ver very helpful and tried hard to fix everything soon as posible, always aware of my well-being. I like a lot living here.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS I lived here for over 10 years and have irreversible medical conditions due to the black mold and vermin that is infested in this building. This building was condemned in 2011 by the city and nothing was done to fix the very serious structural issues in the building itself. It was bought out by another company and new management took over and made it look fancier but nothing actually changed structurally. The first floor plumbing constantly backs up and floods with urine and feces. There is black mold all over building A. Bed bugs, roaches, and not to mention the pest control and management will abuse your pets like they did mine. I am begging u not to live here.
