This place is wonderful, I had a 50th surprise birthday party for my husband. They did everything from decorating to cooking. The food was delicious we had Turkey Chops, Turkey Spaghetti, chicken, green beans and mac and cheese. All the people at the party kept saying this food is so good. They couldn't believe how good food could be without Pork. The owner went around making sure no one needed anything, as well as the hostess this place is great! I recommend if you need a space in Cincinnati give them a call.

We were sooo hoping to like this restaurant. The parking lot usually has a decent amount of cars there and I’d heard about nice bands/live music being played there, not to mention being happy to support black ownership. So my family and I were excited when they took me there for Mother’s Day brunch, until the DJ got there and started the super loud hip hop/rap, rough rider music… foooooor Mother’s Day… a Sunday afternoon, NOT a Friday night. It would have been nice to have a music genre all ages/types of people could enjoy. The buffet was in a dim, side room with 7-8 very slender steno pads that were covered, so the potatoes and fried fish were sweated out instead of being crisp and the waffles were not “soggy” but not firm either. The food overall was barely average and not well seasoned. The men with me said the men’s bathroom smelled of urine and needed to be cleaned. The decor was drab which added to the lack luster atmosphere. Our waitress was very nice and the other workers were pleasant. I guess it also depends on preference and what you’re used to- but sadly that was not the vibe for us. Proud they have made the effort in business though 🙌🏽
