Worst place I've ever dealt with. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They were supposed to show me and help me work my CPAP machine, and never did so. Then they asked me to bring it back. So I returned it. And they kept my $450.

I have been with them for 8 months getting my cpap supplies. They are almost impossible to get through on the phone. I am on hold for long periods of time if they even answer at all. They have from what I have seen 2 people answering phones but for the most part one or none. They also have no direct phone line. When you choose the respiratory dept. you are always transferred to the pharmacy then they put you on hold to walk and find someone. I've never had to deal with any company like this. Terrible.

Michelle at the Leavenworth store is amazing. Helped me with my first Cpap machine and a new nebulizer machine. Highly recommend.

Jordan at the Lincoln location is Awsome. He made my purchase so smooth. I live in Omaha and he got everything set up for me so that I just go in and pickup my machine. Great staff working for this company. So glad Jordan helped me with everything I needed and made everything so easy.... P.S to the person worried about the pet turtle he is in a really big aquarium now 🤣...
