I used A&L for 11 years, spent millions on testing with them. They then sold to matrix and I experienced dozens of issues within only a few months after the sale. I recently transitioned to Midwest on a trial basis and I’m honestly sad I didn’t make the change sooner… Midwest is leaps and gains ahead of A&L… Only thing I wish I could change is the reporting formatting, since I grew to become so used to what I was receiving before, data is solid the layout just not my favorite. This is my new lab moving forward, excited to keep growing with them..
