My dad ended up having a stroke and went to Madonna after to regain confidence with walking and being able to become self sufficient with little support. Staff was awsome and friendly. They pushed him hard and challenged him. I can't say enough positive things as a result of his stay her. Thank you for everything. - Cory

So my dad went here for three weeks after a week stay at Bellevue medical hospital for about a week. He made lots of progress I cannot deny that while he stayed here but there are other things to consider. I visited him almost every day I.n the evenings. They said the visiting hours ended at nine. But sometimes would say eight. The food is pretty awful. We brought him lots of snacks because they offer no snacks and no drinks besides juice or milk etc. So you have to buy pops from a over priced vending machine that is pretty far. Which everything is pretty far away in this building. You have a long way to walk with limited parking to the front door. A long walk depending on who you are visiting and a extra long walk to leave.

Do not let your loved one go to Omaha Madonna. If you want your loved one not taken care of, not checked on, not changed, feeding tubes left in fecal matter, positioned in bed sideways, you want them to get bed sores UTIs or unknown scratches to their faces when they are in a vegetative state then Omaha Madonna is the place to go. Don't bother filing a complaint with the hospital administration because they won't do anything Don't bother trying to talk to charge nursesbecause they don't care. If you're loved one is a two-person plus assist don't plan on two people taking care of them you better expect just one trying to use hoyer lift by themselves which is against state regulations in any state. Plus staff will Scan that they were in the room and turn around and walk out. This hospital is a joke.

I was a patient here for a month and left in the same condition that I came in. They are absolutely terrible. They have NO activities, the food is horrible and there's no communication between staff. The physical therapy department didn't do a thing to help me. They staff was very rude to my family when they came to visit. I got transferred to another Rehab and they got me better in a month. I would not recommend Madonna to anyone. The only good thing is it's a fancy facility and that's only because it's brand new. *When I was contacted after this review, they gave me their email but never emailed back.

Hi Gail! Yes, you are very welcome to send flowers, cards or small gifts to patients as they recover at Madonna. Delivery staff will drop them at the front desk and a Madonna staff member will take them to your loved one. Please be sure to include the patient's name and room number if you have it so that we can get them delivered appropriately. If you have any other questions feel free to reach out, we're happy to help.
Hi Angel! We do have a burn program on our Omaha campus. If you would like more specific information, feel free to reach out to our Admissions team at (402) 401-5000. Thank you!
Hello Deb! Yes, all of the patient rooms on our Omaha Campus are private. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help you. Thanks! Madonna Marketing Team
Rooms do not have cameras in them for video monitoring unless ordered by a physician. If a patient requires supervision, the first step is 1 to 1 staff (RN or NA) in the room, then distant 1 on 1 at the door, then video monitoring until the patient exhibits safe behaviors.
Madonna treats both inpatients and outpatients. Some stay at the the facility, others are there only during the day for therapy.
Yes, several including Hilton Garden Inn
