If your autopay card expires, go into system, unenroll auto pay, set a reminder that you must wait until your next bill before you can enroll again with your new card information, then re-enroll and enter new card information. Easy breezy right? NOT!! RIDICULOUS SYSTEM.

Worked for Ormond Beach way too long. The township under pays their employees. many usually leave.Their manager over utilities departments lasted only a few months and moved on. They do NOT believe in team work but back biting and sleeping on shift is done on a constant basis. I had to clean up after the shift that was before me when coming into work on a constant basis. Women are allowed special privileges of harassing male coworkers.

Unfortunately there is no Grace period when you receive bill expect to be turned off services a week after. Even with automatic bill pay payment is rejected At random and will be followed by disconnection almost immediately. I assume their policy is to charge you for nonpayment and disconnection services.
