I really liked the physician that I saw at Jena Medical. Unfortunately, they made the decision to "not see sick patients"... We can't wait multiple weeks to see the doctor when someone in my family is ill. This place is only for annual check-ups.

Very unprofessional and rude medical group. My mother was a patient of theirs and she was treated extremely rude while being diagnosed with cancer. Less than 2 months later she died. They had the audacity to send a letter over a month later after my mother herself left that practice due to their treating of her saying they would not be providing her service, even though my mother decided to leave.

Best doctors office I've ever visited. I became a patient of Dr. Brown's 16 years ago (2005) and he has remained my primary care physician ever since. He is a very atentative and genuine physician who is easy to talk with. The staff has always been very professional and caring as well as understanding when I've had to reschedule my appointment at the last minute. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great primary care/general practitioner. Ryan
