Consumers Be Aware!!!! I got a text message a day prior said my appointment is at 5:30 pm. I came in and front desk told me my appointment is at 6:00 pm?? When I made an appointment, they told me it is $70 (intro rate). I did mention SPECIFICALLY I went to another ME before and if they would still charge me the same intro rate. They told me it would still be the intro rate $70 since I only been there once. Today they charged me for $120 because somehow there is a "Secret 6 Month Policy" (Some policy about cannot have two intro rate within 6 month.) which NO ONE ever mention anything when I made the appointment. I am very disappointed about the service. Not only waste half hour my time, but also hide about the price. I think they just try to get me in the door when I made the appointment then charge more later!!! If you consider to go there, make sure you ask about the rate and "Secret 6 Month Policy" and GOOD LUCK!!! PS: I did see another review similar to mine, and seemed like I am not alone!

I can always count on getting great massages here in a relaxed environment. The staff meeting s always friendly and the prices are fair. Grateful for this place for sure!

What a complete rip off! I got a gift card in March for $70.00 and today for the same thing it was $120.00.The young lady Said if I come back in September I could get it for the $70.00 .Really and when I asked for the corporate number I was told to look it up!!If this was not a gift I would have walked out. Never will go here again.

Booked two appointments for Father’s Day one for myself and one for hubby. I get there and I’m told my appointment had to be cancelled due to the person doing my facial having to leave smh….no other customer service given other than “sorry” the lady upfront didn’t even so much as offer an alternative solution, discount on future services, attempt to reschedule nothing at all. If it wasn’t for today being Father’s Day and everywhere being booked up I would have told this place to kick rocks and I would of went else where!! I bet you I will NOT be back or recommend this location ever. I’ll go to Hand and Stone next time their prices are better anyways.
