Anywhere it fits on the outer ring of the centerpiece up the hill.. Just west of 52nd and Underwood.

Maybe City of Omaha Parks & Recreation Dept. There is no employee on-site at the park.
I'd suggest contacting the City of Omaha to ask this question. There is certainly a time frame around the holiday which fireworks are allowed to be lit at all.
