It's not looking good.
I don't know positively but I personally have not seen any Flowering Trees or Bushes Blooming yet. I know my Forsythia just barely started budding out. Nor have I seen any Tulips or Daffodils or Crocus blooming yet either.!
Not so much cherries. But the flowers are awesome. I would recommend waiting for the rose garden up behind the memorial.
