I finally figured out how to park and thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the bizarre. I found many things that I love and enjoy from India. The jaggery I bought was very fresh, the coconut water delightful, and the staff/owner very helpful. I will go back. I'm sorry I didn't go on a day when there was hot street food available!

I felt very unwelcome, after driving all the way from Horseheads on a snowy evening today. The owner in harsh words asked to take my shoes off, which was unusual. This is …The words were , if you don't mind can you take your shoes off. We have three signs up front to take your shoes off. We are a one.person store and on a wet snowy day, we don't want wet floors where customers can slip and get injured. You also tried to enter without a mask, and left when you were told that you need a mask. We can't make you more welcome, unless you voluntarily follow basic rules of interaction. You are welcome to try again on a dry day, when you don't need to talk your shoes off. Mask will be required as per the state mandate. We always use a casual business tone and are known to be the cleanest store in town - our customers appreciate us for keeping the store clean. How tones are interpreted depends on the internal state of mind of the receiver. We didn't mean to upset anyone or be harsh.

As an Indian student at Cornell who just wanted to find a nice neighborhood Indian store that felt like home, NO place has ever almost make me CRY after going like Nirvana. I left in tears. Walking in, the place had no customers and no …We are sorry that you feel that way. Our intention is never to be rude to anyone. Since you are new, it is also a bit of a culture shock as to what you expect in a grocery store and as per your admission the prices had already shocked you. Every place and store have their pricing strategies based on demand and supply and other criterion like shelf life. As you get used to the people and the place, you will enjoy yourself more. As they say when in Rome do as Roman's do. Our best wishes. You can look at prices.on your phone in the store, we will even give you our internet passcode. You can also ask, and we will scan and tell you, no ill feelings for asking. Enjoy your Cornell stay.

I had one of the worst experience of my life. I think there is not much demand of Indian food in that area and guy sells stale refrigerated food after heating it. It smells and you might end up getting bad stomach. I ended up in store …Who are you? I have not had any such interaction with anyone in the recent past. You are definitely not someone who even ever stepped into the store. If you are a real person step in to the store, show me your receipt and I will refund your money twice over. Fact check, refrigerated food is not stale food, and our customers know when the food is refrigerated and when not. Sometimes, they take it cold to heat at home. So you definitely are a paid reviewer or a competitor. Unfortunately, you are a part of business that thinks if you can disrepute others, you will succeed. Our customers come to us by word of mouth reputation. We use Google only for directions. You can take a million aliases and write a million review, our customers will continue to love us. BTW we also have piping hot food for those who order one day before and our customers know that.
