[Edited for clarity] Came in for an iPhone screen repair for a cracked screen on 3/17/2017 and was helped by Brandon, ticket 220000003940. The replacement screen spazzed out 2 weeks later (dead pixels on half the screen) leaving the phone completely unusable, and Brandon told me I would need to pay for another screen repair to get it fixed properly. Considering this was 4 years ago, I hope Gadget Repair Pro has made positive changes since my disappointing experience.

Excellent service and communication. My IMac was dead to the world (wouldn't turn on) They were not going to charge me unless fixed. In the end, they charged $150 less than what was quoted and told me if it dies again, they'll fix it for the remaining amount.
