The park has a unique swim area carved out of a gully. It is sectioned off for different skill levels, from 3 1/2 feet to 18 feet, where the diving board is. The trails are beautiful, but require a bit of endurance or a few breaks along the way. Be careful when picking camp sites. Many of them are in a field with limited shade.

This park was amazingly breathtaking. I went on saturday november 7, perfect weather. It was not crowded the trails were beautiful. FYI if you have bad knees, this may not be for you. Some areas of the trails are rigorous may be a little scary for some due to the height of the trails. I was a little scared but it was worth it. Would definitely go back. You dont have to pay to get in only for parkimg which is $8.00.

Wonderful gorge park, I recommend you enter initially at the lower falls entrance and check out the lower falls, then if ambitious take the ridge trail and hike to Lucifer Falls then meet the Gorge trail back, if pressed for time after a view of the lower falls get in your car and drive to the upper entrance and take the hike to the gorge and Lucifer Falls

What a beautiful park! This is the second time I have hiked here, and it never fails to impress! This time my brother and I even jumped into the water off the diving board at the bottom of the falls, and let me tell you, it's not for the faint of heart! It was super cold, but really refreshing!
