We stayed one night in a cabin without bathroom which is a great deal. The cabin is small but the heat kicks in very quickly and there is a sink in the room. The bathroom was nearby so it was convenient. Great place to explore the north end of Yellowstone and only 40 minutes to Lamar Valley.

We stayed in one of the cabins and had a very nice time. Cute cabin set up and you still can access the dining options, wifi, and map room bar. The US map in the map room is an incredible piece of history worth checking out in itself.

Clean and easy to access. No TV or microwave. No free Breakfast as mentioned in other reviews. Restaurant across street was Cafe style. Great prices food was good, especially the French fries! Hamburger meat was so so.

Really cool old hotel. Lots to see in walking distance of the hotel and it was a fun stay. Would rec. booking a room on the top floor since the sound kind of bleeds down from above (walking / talking). Just an FYI for light sleepers. Very clean and charming.

yes, all around Mammoth Hot Springs there are several areas to see hotsprings and even soak near one...
not in the Frontier cabins, not sure about the more expensive one's but unlikely. there is Roosevelt Lodge which serves a full breakfast near all the cabins
yes, the actual Mammoth Hot Springs areas are a short walk from the hotel
Just want an average. Lengthy process going thru reservation system. Entering dates keeps saying "that's booked, try a different date." Yellowstone snow lodge list prices straight up. Why not Mammoth?
No, there are not. This is inside Yellowstone National I'm so you are not allowed inside any of the hot springs. There are a couple of towns outside of Yellowstone that have natural hot springs that you can soak in.
Me and the wife stayed in a cabin with a hot tub which had a bathroom with a shower. The rest of tje cabins a mammoth I can not answer for.
No, the hotel doesn't but there are shuttle companies outside of the park that could help! I would recommend Mountain Runner shuttles myself!
Yes their front desk is open 24 hours.
