I Called Bike way ahead and ask if I brought my bike in, would they be able to work on my bike that day as I live 75 miles away, I told them what it needed and they told me they could. I then brought it in and they told me they were busy and if I wanted it done that day I would have to pay them an extra $50.00 on top of the regular charge. I told them no and left. I then call BIKE MASTERS and asked them with no prior appointment and they said sure and bring it in. I have now found a bike shop in BIKE MASTERS that I can rely on for future needs. Edit: After seeing there response, I did indeed call and ask if they could put new chain rings on the same day I brought it and there response on the phone was yes. Then to say that $50.00 extra charged was not talked about is an outright Lie, that’s what was told to me while standing in there shop after I made the trip to their business.

Today was my first experience with The Bike Way in Elkhorn and they are top notch! I called ahead of time and spoke to Maureen to see if they had time to help me put my chain back on (broken power link) and check a squeaky rear brake on my 2021 Trek Roscoe 8. John in the service department fixed the chain gave me some good advice on my brake pads and where to sell my bike. I was in and out in 10 minutes. If your bike needs service, you are looking to buy a new bike or upgrade your current ride I highly recommend The Bike Way!
