I cannot guarantee that you won't be towed because I am not aware of the actual rules, but I frequent this spot for photographing sunrises. This puts me there very early and have seen other vehicles there for days on end. Even an occasional RV in the parking lot. If I were you I would feel comfortable about it, especially if your vehicle has a boat trailer attached. And maybe leave a note on the windshield. This is in county and isn't a part of any city, so they're pretty slack, comparatively speaking.
