Unfortunately, we are not Medicaid providers and consequently do not bill Medicaid.
First appointment for Outpatient Detox, is $200 and includes medication. Generally, patients return to see the practitioner within 7-10 days to obtain a months supply of medication. That visit costs $100 for the office visit only.
Insurance is a little trickly. The office does not bill your insurance. You must call your insurance company and ask if they will reimburse for the office visit, and are their any pre-requisites, such as a "prior authorization" needed to be obtained in order to fill your medication prescriptions.

One on second visit they just want to make sure your taking it. My spouse and i have been going about a year. Love them!
