If it's on weekends, it could be curfew related (response to protests). It takes about an hour or more to clear out the order queue and wait for delivery drivers to return, then cleaning (~1 hour), then the closing process (in terms of processing CCs, bank deposit, etc). To have every employee out and at home by 10pm, that would likely involve stopping orders at 6 or 7p. Best thing to do would be to call early and schedule it to be delivered at the desired time. I'm a former employee fwiw
