I also would like a time frame. I think they are just too busy right now.

There was water main breaks over night...so yes some will be out of water...or simply.low pressure depending how far away from the pump you are
I don’t understand why the city closes the water dept for an hour and a half daily for lunch, is it not possible to rotate lunches so that the department stay open throughout the work day? Can you say entitled government staff?

Cocoa utility Dept is doing a POOR job of communicating status of water outage by area to your customers. Start talking! Everyday that goes by better be a credit on our bill .. would be more understanding if you were being forthright with status.

They have multiple things going on that are way more important then letting you know something they themselves do not know yet. You'll know when your water turns on. Until then be patient or go somewhere else.
