If you day drink, go on the weekend. In good weather you can't beat the patio. Otherwise I'd say 1100pm. Truth be told at this point I avoid weekend nights due to the long wait. Too many people trying to have a Good Time. But I still stop by other nights of the week. Street park South and East of the entrance. Bring dancing shoes.

Was closed down when I went to check it out on a Wednesday night. Not sure if they are closed for covid purposes or what.

This place is cool regardless of race gender or religion... It's a great place to get a drink hear some great music... I'm just curious why this is even a question?

No. There's an area for a live band, not a designated dance floor. The place isn't designed for it specifically, but its open enough that groups of people can dance together.
