Pros: Easy access to the beach, ample parking spacing, Nice size bedrooms. Patio Furniture was very comfortable. Plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar. Flexible Pool Hours. Staff were kind, friendly and generous. Cons: Hot Tubs were not working. Ducts in the pools were not properly filtering. There were more bugs swimming in the pool than people. Kitchen was not well equipped: dirty pot holders, melted kitchen cooking utensils, scratched cookware, stained and chipped dinnerware. The window blinds malfunctioned when opening and closing. Took forever for the water to get hot when showering. Pillows were flat, Linens were terrible. Beds were uncomfortable and noisy. Tiny Televisions in the bedroom. I probably won't stay here again but would consider if there were significant updates made to the rental. Overall, it was an uncomfortable experience but we made the most of it during our stay.

I just booked our April 2023 guys week golf getaway. Once again, I dealt with Dawn, and once again, the service was excellent. I made many changes to my initial request and she was very professional and helpful every time I did. She's a real pro and great to deal with!

Booking through condo world was good. Just a minor issue that was resolved easily. Check in and check out was super simple. Crescent shores Property was good, just the parking garage being across the street made things a little tricky with traveling with an infant and everything you always have to travel with. Outdoor pool and beach was great but the indoor pool was pretty small. Unit was good with plenty of space and decorated nicely it just could have been cleaned a bit better. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Very unhappy with condo-world and the housekeeping staff they employ. Our unit's floor was extremely dirty. I could tell it had not been swept or mopped. I called immediately and they sent someone out. Housekeeping only swept and was in and out within 5 minutes. We tried to clean the floors ourselves throughout the week and no matter what we did, our feet stayed black on the bottom. The unit definitely needs a deep clean. My son's sheets on his bed were dirty and I changed those myself. When I spoke to condo-world at check out and showed photos on my phone, the employee didn't seem to care. The unit was in a great location, but definitely needs TLC.
