I’ve been renting with the creek for a little over 2 months now and can honestly say this is the best complex I have ever worked with. Jennifer and Katrina are absolutely amazing! They are super accommodating and understanding of anything that I need, maintenance always addresses my concerns in a timely manner no matter how big or small the issue may be. I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon thanks to the wonderful staff and thank you all making The Creek a wonderful place to live!

I really loved my stay here for a year at The Creek. The management is consistent with any issues. Jennifer is really helpful and fully recommend anyone who is looking to talk to her as she is really friendly, calm, and knows what she is doing. There have been a few issues like our light fixture in the kitchen falling due to the train that passes by so if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood, i wouldn’t really recommend here. I got use to their blaring horns but would find myself annoyed a good amount of times since they only came by at night around 9 pm and at 3 in the morning, but of course management aren’t in control of that. I do have to say that they are changing their color and am kind of sad to see the cream colors go as they are repainting them to a blue and grey color which I really dislike. Other than that I had a nice apt and at a reasonable cost.

I had a issue with my ac unit going out at the end of a work day and they were able to come and install a temporary ac unit and the employees even stayed after a little to put it in everyone at the front desk was very nice and professional and help get me a quick resolution to the problem and even assists more after the unit had been repaired

I visited a friend that lives at The Creek Apartments over the weekend. Her new apartment is in a great location for shopping, entertainment, the beach and minutes from downtown. We ended the weekend laying poolside and enjoyed cool drinks under the palm trees. If ever I decide to move to Wilmington from Charlotte, The Creek Apartments will be my first choice of places to live!

If you have lost your keys, you may have new keys made at our office during business hours for a small fee.
If you are locked out during business hours, you can come to the office to be let back in your apartment or garage. Please do not call emergency maintenance. You must call a locksmith if you are locked out after normal business hours.
The Creek has a community BBQ area; grills are not allowed on balconies/patios
Yes, there are cable companies that service this area. You can ask our leasing office for more deals from our local cable/internet representative!
We require a 60-day written notice, which you are responsible for, prior to move-out. If you need to move-out at the end of your lease term, please remember to come in 60 days prior to the lease expiring to provide your written notice.
Yes, if someone is temporarily staying with you, please let the office know so we can accommodate for parking. If someone is permanently moving in, they will need to fill out an application to be added to your lease agreement.
You may call the office, send an e-mail, or leave a message with the answering service. You may also submit work orders online if you are enrolled in our online services.
If you love our apartments and your friend wants to move to The Creek, please let our office know! However, we do not have a resident referral program.
Yes, service members can break their lease without penalty in certain circumstances through the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Please contact the property manager as soon as possible in this situation. You will need to provide written notice and a copy of your military orders.
Yes, if the lease buy-out fee has been paid. A 60-day notice is required before vacating your apartment. Please make sure that you reference your signed lease agreement and confirm policies with your Property Manager as there could be unique circumstances.
Up to 2 pets, cats or dogs, are allowed. For any number of pets, there is a $250 non-refundable fee per pet, and monthly pet rent is $20 per pet. Our full pet policy can be viewed HERE.
You can pay rent by setting up your online account on our website. This allows you to use a bank account (no fee) or credit card (with fee) to make payments.
Rent is always due on the first; however, if you do not pay all rent on or before the 5th day of the month, youll pay a late charge of 5% of the rental payment or $15.00, whichever is greater.
