Very disappointed. Employees do not seem to have even a basic knowledge of the products that are sold here. I went in for a replacement battery for a UPS and the employee did not know what that was.

They do fix screens. Just contact your local branch and give them the model and or name of the device and they will give you a quote for the repairs.
Yes but you are better off buying a battery offline as batteries plus bulbs batteries are egregiously overpriced.
