They do have pine straw to rest of your question I cannot answer
It is open has a roof .they sell flowers plants palm trees in early spring and fresh vegetables some can food water melons etc.now and threw the summer then they sell pumpkins then Christmas trees..sorta like a farmers market.
They are not open on Sundays.

I am not totally sure if they accept WIC vouchers, but tge accept the senior citizen vouchers.
