Wonderful experience! Today was the first time I'd ever been to this location. I can't express how pleased I was with the store manager. From the moment I walked up to the counter & every minute until my transition was completed, (15 minutes) she was 100% dedicated. There were other associates working, but there was also a continuous revolving door of customers. I at one point asked if I should step aside so she could assist others since my situation would take a while. Without so much as a blink, she said no & continued assisting me. Excellent customer service, positive attitude & extremely helpful! Although I live on the opposite side of town, I will gladly be driving to this location from now on.

The UPS Store on Madison street in Clarksville is amazing. Kelly the manager is very knowledgeable and is always helpful. Her staff goes above and beyond by providing great service. If you’re shipping anything and love in the Sango area the UPS Store on Madison street is the only place you should go. Thank you to Kelly and your team for always taking care of my shipping needs!

The issues I have with this location would be they do not answer their phone and must have a reject calls function. Secondly, if you have multiple Amazon returns they treat you like you’re an inconvenience. Not all employees, some are quite friendly. If there was a closer location to me I’d never go back to this one.

F’n thieves!!! $14.99 for a 18” x 14” x 12” box as they won’t accept a sturdy box from a liquor store! The box was good enough for 6 bottles of Grey Goose Vodka, but not for a broken appliance? Never again. FedEx, USPS or DHL, but not these greedy people. So much for supporting your local businesses.
